Quitting LogTen on iPhone OS 4+
Some users have been experiencing some anomalies when trying to sync or detect that LogTen Mobile is running on the iPhone. This has to do with portions of the application that get executed upon activation or opening. Part of this also has to do with the new MultiTasking functionality that Apple introduced with iPhone OS 4+. If you are running iPhone OS 4+ you now have multitasking and simply using the Home button to stop using the app does not actually quit the app. Rather, it places it into the background. Follow the steps below to ensure that any of our LogTen apps on the iPhone are completely quit.
1. Close out of the LogTen app.
2. Double-click the Home button to load recently used apps in MultiTasking:
3. Select the application by tapping and holding on the application until the red minus appears:
4. Tap the red minus to quit the application. This also removes an application from recently used apps:
5. Press the Home button to return to recently used apps. Then press the Home button again return to the Home screen.
6. Locate and open the LogTen Mobile or LogTen Pro application as desired.
Note: the pictures above show an example of quitting LogTen Mobile and leaving LogTen Pro running.
