This gives everyone complete autonomy over their schedule, and accountability for their results. Goals are set at the beginning of each month with clear and measurable objectives and expectations. Remuneration is directly tied to results, not the number of hours worked.

Our management structure is horizontal, so the door is always open for everyone to have access to our CEO, VPs, and managers.
