Working directly with the VP of Marketing &amp; Sales, the Account Manager\u2019s role is to support the promotion of Coradine's B2B and B2C services, drive new sales opportunities and manage a portfolio of assigned customers.<\/p>\n<h2>Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n \t<li aria-level=\"1\">Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts<\/li>\n \t<li aria-level=\"1\">Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships<\/li>\n \t<li aria-level=\"1\">Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts, agreements and setting up new accounts<\/li>\n \t<li aria-level=\"1\">Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our B2B and B2C service solutions according to agreed customer needs and objectives<\/li>\n \t<li aria-level=\"1\">Clearly communicate the progress of monthly\/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders<\/li>\n \t<li aria-level=\"1\">Be highly self motivated and driven to excellence<\/li>\n \t<li aria-level=\"1\">Proactively contribute to the overall success of the Coradine team<\/li>\n \t<li aria-level=\"1\">You like to share, and though you have strong opinions, you are open minded and always seeking the best solution<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Requirements<\/h2>\n<ul>\n \t<li aria-level=\"1\">5+ years of experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role\/experience<\/li>\n \t<li aria-level=\"1\">Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization<\/li>\n \t<li aria-level=\"1\">Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail<\/li>\n \t<li aria-level=\"1\">Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities<\/li>\n \t<li aria-level=\"1\">Strong verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n \t<li aria-level=\"1\">Degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field preferred<\/li>\n \t<li aria-level=\"1\">Enjoy working in a culture of collaboration and execution<\/li>\n \t<li aria-level=\"1\">Familiarity or experience with the aviation industry is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>How to apply<\/h2>\n<p>Please submit a resume detailing your experience, work history, and attach a cover letter including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n \t<li aria-level=\"1\">Why you enjoy working as an Account Manager, and why you particularly want to work at Coradine.<\/li>\n \t<li aria-level=\"1\">What qualities and experience you have as an Account Manager.<\/li>\n \t<li aria-level=\"1\">Something about yourself that you love to do, not related to work \ud83d\ude42 - for example our VP of Marketing and Sales loves camping, cooking and kayaking (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/coradineaviation\/?hl=en\">check out our crew on Instagram here<\/a>!)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Email your resume and cover letter to Heather at\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:heather@coradine.com?subject=Account Manager Position\">heather@coradine.com<\/a>.
